Loews New Orleans Hotel, New Orleans

I had a truly exceptional stay where every detail was meticulously attended to, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was pristine and incredibly comfortable, comparable to sleeping on a cloud. The service was genuinely outstanding, but the dining options could benefit from a wider variety. Being so close to local attractions added great value to my visit, yet some amenities may not have been highlighted on the menu.

My stay at Loews was fantastic thanks to the first-class accommodations and the attention from the staff. I loved the riverview suite where I could watch boats on the Mississippi. However, I found the valet-only parking inconvenient, especially when I wanted to access my car. The restaurant's service needed improvement, as they didn't have several items I wanted to order.

I had a lovely time at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms, but sadly, the service could use some improvement. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and dining options, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the experience with bag handling and check-in left much to be desired.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Randall, who went above and beyond to assist me when I left some valuables behind. The rooms were spacious and very modern, but the parking situation was a little pricey. Overall, I found great value for my money and can't wait to come back!
